Four Starlings' natural soaps are based on high-quality plant-derived oils, cold-pressed traditionally by hand. The entire process is pure craft. Ingredients/INCI:

Sodium Cocoate, Sodium Shea Butterate, Sodium Olivate, Sodium Castorate, Pinus Sylvestris Oil, Mentha Piperita Oil, Annato, Lavandula Angustifolia Flower Oil, Linalool*, Limonene*, Geraniol*.

Stop using in case of irritation or allergy to any of the ingredients.

Recommended use:

Wet the bar under running water, rub a few times in your hands to lather it up, and then wash your hair and/or beard and moustache. You can also use the soap to wash the entire body and when shaving.
