Lavender - floral water

Lavender floral water works really nice as a toner or a refreshing mist. It's a multi-purpose product with a subtle, natural, grassy scent, recommended especially for greasy and acne-prone skin. Once applied, it freshens up, soothes, and regenerates the skin. It's an amazing base ingredient for all sorts of cosmetics, like hair rinses, masks, toners and conditioners. It works equally well as a humectant base during a hair oiling process.

The lavender floral water is made by distilling lavender flowers with steam. What ends up in the floral water are water-soluble active ingredients typical of lavender and a small amount of the essential oil, which adds the scent to the product. The pH of the floral water is similar to that of the skin, so it will be suitable for all skin types. Once applied, it has a soothing, calming, healing, antioxidative, and regenerating effect on the skin.
